Pando Initiative

The Pando Initiative focuses on individual students who are struggling with school and life. The program positions a dedicated staff member inside schools to help remove obstacles, both academic and non-academic, that keep students from reaching their goals and being successful. Success is measured by improving attendance, behavior, and academic performance.
